On the Botched episode “Gimme Gimme More…Surgery”, plastic surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif get a visit from a familiar face. Rajee Narinesingh is back for her third visit. Last time Botched fans saw the transgender patient was when Dr. Dubrow removed several nodules caused by “black market” cement-based injections in her face (given by a fake doctor). This time, with her mother Sandra by her side, Rajee tells the doctors that she recently found a little nodule while washing her face. She says she tried not to get worked up about it. But a week later, it had grown substantially. Now she’s discovered additional little nodules on her cheeks but fortunately they’re not getting any larger.

Smart mama Sandra wants to know “What causes them to keep coming back?” Dr. Dubrow explains that “part of the problem is that I had to leave some foreign body in there.” He says he now hopes that when he “goes back in there, that whatever I left, I can remove.” Botched airs Wednesdays at 9pm on E!
