In the Will & Grace episode “One Job,” while Karen (Megan Mullally) has fun with Malcolm Widmark (Alec Baldwin), Grace (Debra Messing) and Will (Eric McCormack) go to Grace’s home to honor her late mother’s birthday. (The late Debbie Reynolds played Grace’s theatrical mother.) While Grace spends time with her father Martin (Robert Klein), her sexy sister Joyce corners Will and gets grossly inappropriate.
