On the Bull episode “Gag Order,” Bull (Michael Weatherly) is approached by Chunk’s (Christopher Jackson) 18-year-old daughter Anna (Jazzy Williams). Anna just got a college scholarship to NYU. But when she arrives on campus to meet with her future journalism professor Chloe Tomlin, she sees Tomlin packing up her office. Tomlin is being sued by a dating app developer who claims Chloe stole data for an exposé she’s writing about sexual assault cover-ups.

Chloe is portrayed by Nikki M. James. She’s known for her roles on BrainDead (Rochelle Daudier), The Blacklist (Rose), The Good Wife and The Good Fight (Monica Timmons, see photo below), and Third Watch (Maizie), among others. James is also recognized for her role as Sia in the 2013 films The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby. Bull airs Tuesdays at 9pm on CBS, right after NCIS, and right before NCIS: New Orleans.
