The 2018 season premiere of Four Weddings is titled “…and a Texas Showdown” because it features four friends in Texas who are about to become brides. Isn’t that nice? Well, not for long. Their friendships are tossed out the window when they judge each other’s weddings for the chance to win a free, tropical honeymoon.
One bride gets a matching tattoo with her groom. One plans a traditional military wedding. One opts for casual country wedding where bridesmaids wear red ruffled dresses and cowgirl boots. Everything from the invitation to the venue to the cocktails served are judged. Will the mocktails go over well? A mocktail is a non-alcoholic drink, btw. Four Weddings airs Saturdays at 9pm on TLC, right after Say Yes to the Dress.
