On the Family Guy episode “Dog Bites Bear” (the 300th episode!) Brian commits “a terrible act” to Stewie’s beloved teddy bear and best friend Rupert. It’s so terrible that they have a friendship-ending fist fight. (Brian did it on purpose!)
