MTV’s reality competition series The Challenge is back for its 31st season. This season it’s “Champs vs. Stars.” Champs are ten of the best champions from past seasons. The stars are ten celebrity athletes and entertainers including NFL star Terrell Owens, Olympic Gold Medalist gymnast Shawn Johnson, and singer Romeo Miller (Growing Up Hip Hop), among others.
The host of The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars is Mike “The Miz” Mizanin. The WWE superstar and former Challenge competitor is also known for his role as grizzled veteran Jake Carter in the WWE film franchise “The Marine”. The Miz has also starred in the comedy “Santa’s Little Helper” as well as the ABC Family original movie “Christmas Bounty.” The 37-year-old entertainer is married to ex-Playboy model, WWE Total Divas star Maryse Ouellet. They married in 2014 and in 2016 she became his manager. The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars airs Tuesdays at 10pm on MTV.
