On Black Ink Crew Chicago, tattoo artist Kat has a heart-to-heart talk with Rachel, Ryan Henry’s girlfriend and mother of his child. Kat tells Rachel that last summer “Ryan opened up” and told her he had “different feelings” for her. Kat says it was around the time Ryan and Rachel were getting back together. “So, I completely distanced myself,” Kat tells Rachel who sits there silently, sipping from her red cup.

However, when Kat was in Los Angeles, she says Ryan reached out to her and said, ‘I wish I had opened up sooner.’ Kat says she “basically shut it down.” But when she came back to Chicago, “one thing led to another…” and they “messed around.” While Kat tells Rachel she felt “really terrible about it,” Ryan approaches the two women. He grabs Rachel’s hand and says to Rachel, “C’mon, we’re not doing this s—t.” Rachel follows him without saying a word — to either of them! Did Rachel already know, or does she not believe Kat?
