In the Will & Grace episode “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Crying,” lawyer Will Truman (Eric McCormack) is surprised when he makes senior partner at the firm. Meanwhile, interior designer Grace (Debra Messing) takes on a big job. She’s hired to decorate a string of boutique hotels but the owner, Eli Wolff, is beyond obnoxious.
Eli Wolff is portrayed by Max Greenfield. He’s known for his roles on New Girl (Schmidt), American Horror Story (Gabriel), Raising the Bar (David Steinberg), Ugly Betty (Nick Pepper), Greek (Michael), and Veronica Mars (Leo D’Amato), among others. In 2018, Greenfield will play Santo Versace in American Crime Story. Santo is the big brother of the late Gianni Versace and their sister Donatella. He is the CEO of the family fashion house Gianni Versace SpA. Will & Grace airs Thursdays at 9pm on NBC.
