Many of the cast members of Black Ink Crew: Chicago seem happy in their relationships in the beginning of Season 3. 9Mag tattoo shop owner Ryan Henry is back with the mother of his child, Rachel Leigh. And Charmaine says her life has changed too, and for the better. In addition to managing 9Mag, she’s also working as an on-air personality for “the best iHeart radio station in Chicago, WGCI.” And on top of that, she’s in a new relationship. “I got it all,” she says on Black Ink Crew Chicago.

Charmaine is dating Neek Bey. The 26-year-old from Elizabeth, New Jersey says he’s a private person and is doing reality TV to support Charmaine — who he says he “can’t live without.” Neek does seem like a romantic. He and Charmaine spent New Year’s Eve in Paris (see below). Black Ink Crew: Chicago airs Wednesdays at 8pm on VH1.
