Professional opera singer Carlos De Antonis from Buenos Aires, Argentina is competing on America’s Got Talent, Season 12. He started studying music at an early age and launched a successful career in musical theater in the 1990s in South America. The tenor made his stage debut in Dracula the Musical and in 1993 was the lead (Quasimodo) in The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
De Antonis recorded his debut album Del Cuore (translated “From the Heart”) in 2006. One of the 11 songs includes “Two Different Worlds”, a duet with American Broadway star Linda Eber (Jekyll & Hyde). America’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
