Diavolo, the acrobatic dance group from Los Angeles, auditioned on America’s Got Talent, Season 12, and wowed the judges and audience with their performance on (and off) a rocking boat-like structure. After the performance, Simon Cowell invited the Diavolo leader/choreographer Jacques Heim to join the troupe on stage to hear the critiques.
Judge Howie Mandel said, “I’ve never seen anything quite like this.” Heidi Klum said, “It was incredible.” Mel B says “It was too short. It needed to be longer. I wanted to watch it again and again,” which is really the best compliment to hear on the show. Simon agreed and all four judges gave yeses to Diavolo. America’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
