During The Voice Live Finale, before one of the four finalists (Jesse Larson, Chris Blue, Lauren Duski, Aliyah Moulden) is named the winner of Season 12, a number of stars will perform on stage. Miley Cyrus, who’s returning as a coach on Season 13, will sing her hit song “Malibu” and Daddy Yankee and Luis Fonsi will sing their hit “Despacito” will perform their duet.

Like Daddy Yankee, Luis Fonsi was born in Puerto Rico in the 1970s. At the age of 10, he and his family moved to the U.S. Fonsi got a scholarship to Florida State University where he joined the school’s choir and soon after got a recording contract with Universal Music Latino. In 2000, he recorded a duet with Christina Aguilera (for her Spanish-language album Mi Reflejo). In 2002, he was the opening act for Britney Spears’ Dream Within a Dream Tour in the U.S. and Mexico. In 2009, he won a Latin Grammy for “Song of the Year’ for “Aqui Estoy Yo.” Fonsi is married and the father of two. The Voice Live Finale airs Tuesday, May 23 at 8pm on NBC.
