In the series premiere episode of 24: Legacy, Army Ranger Eric Carter (Corey Hawkins) returns to the U.S. after a mission to kill a terrorist. Identities of some of the rangers have been compromised. One of the very few people who had them was former CTU head Rebecca Ingram.
Ingram is portrayed by Miranda Otto. The Australian-born actress is known for her roles on Homeland (Allison Carr), Rake (Maddy Deane), Cashmere Mafia (Juliet Draper), and The Starter Wife (Cricket Stewart), among others. Otto is also recognized for her role as Eowyn in The Lord of the Rings movies, and in War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise (Mary Ann). 24: Legacy airs Sundays at 10:30 pm on FOX.
