In the Blue Bloods episode ‘Lost Souls’, while Erin asks Anthony to wear a wire when meeting an old friend, Danny works on a homicide case that has him conflicted. A drunk driver who killed a mother and son is found murdered. Dr. Charles Beard, the husband/father of the victims of the drunk driving murder, is a suspect. While he says he isn’t sorry to see the man dead, he claims he didn’t do it.
Dr. Charles Beard is portrayed by Robert Sean Leonard. He’s known for his roles on Law & Order: SVU (ADA Kenneth O’Dwyer), Falling Skies (Roger Kadar), House (Dr. James Wilson), and in several films including The Age of Innocence (Ted Archer) and Dead Poets Society with the late, great Robin Williams (Neil Perry). Blue Bloods airs Fridays at 10pm on CBS.
