In the MacGyver episode ‘Hook,’ while Bozer (Justin Hires) and Riley (Tristin Mays) try to find out more about Jack’s past with new boss Matty (Meredith Eaton), Mac (Lucas Till) and Jack (George Eads) track down an infamous family of bounty hunters who have kidnapped their mark. The matriarch of the Colton clan is referred to as Mama Colton. She might look pretty and innocent serving pie behind a diner counter but she’s not completely made up of sugar and spice and everything nice.
Mama Colton is portrayed by Sheryl Lee Ralph. She’s known for her roles on Instant Mom (Maggie Tuner), Ray Donovan (Claudette), One Love (Carolyn Winters), Moesha (Dee Mitchell), Designing Women (Etienne Toussaint Bouvier), and It’s a Living (Ginger St. James), among others. MacGyver airs Fridays at 8pm on CBS.
