In the Lifetime movie Under the Bed, a beautiful young woman named Callie Monroe (Hannah New) is targeted by a stalker (Pat Healy). A valet who once parked her car makes a copy of her keys and then hides under her bed and watches her do everyday things like get dress and sleep. Callie realizes something is off when her mother’s cat disappears.
Callie’s mother Sandra Monroe is portrayed by Beverly D’Angelo. She’s known for her roles in the films American History X (Doris Vinyard), the National Lampoon’s Vacation movies (Ellen Griswold), Every Which Way But Loose (Echo), Hair (Sheila Franklin), and Coal Miner’s Daughter (Patsy Cline), among many others. D’Angelo is the mother of 15-year-old twins, Olivia and Anton; their father is actor Al Pacino. Under the Bed premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, January 7 at 8pm.
