On the NCIS episode ‘The Tie That Binds,’ the NCIS team investigates the murder of a Navy captain which is somehow connected to Ducky’s mother, the late Mrs. Victoria Mallard. We see Young Ducky (Adam Campbell) with his mother in flashbacks.
Victoria Mallard is portrayed by Caroline Lagerfelt. She is known for her TV roles on Gotham (Mrs. Kean), Gossip Girl (Celia “CeCe” Rhodes), Six Degrees (J.T.), Nash Bridges (Inger Dominguez), and Beverly Hills, 90210 (Sheila Silver), among others. Fun fact: Lagerfelt’s father Baron Karl-Gustav Lagerfelt, was the Swedish ambassador in Vienna, Austria. NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS.
