Sasha Banks is the WWE Women’s Champion. She recently revealed that she writes messages, words of encouragement, to herself on the inside of her wrestling gear. She says, “Every match, or every time I get new gear (which is every pay-per-view), I write a little message inside my wristband.” Her go to message is “I am not afraid. I was born to do this!”
Banks, a cousin of rapper Snoop Dogg, has been wrestling since she was 19. Banks may have hip hop royalty in her family, but Banks says being a sports entertainer “is the greatest form of entertainment in my mind.” WWE Monday Night RAW airs Mondays at 8pom on USA Network.
