In the Criminal Minds episode ‘Sick Day,’ after working on a child abduction case, J.J. (AJ Cook) comes home shaken. The case stirs painful memories for her. Luckily, she’s greeted at home by her husband Will. He gently reminds her of what the psychiatrist said: “If you bring it home, you have to get it out.”
J.J.’s husband Will is portrayed by Josh Stewart. He’s known for his roles on No Ordinary Family (The Watcher), Dirt (Holt McLaren), and Third Watch (Brendan Finney), among others. Stewart is also recognized for his roles in the films Interstellar (the voice of CASE), The Dark Knight Rises (Barsad), and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (Pleasant Curtis). Stewart will next star in the TV mini-series Lewis and Clark (as Ruben Field). Criminal Minds airs Wednesdays at 9pm on CBS.
