Two guys dressed in potato costumes, Alex Craig and Riad Bekhit, walk into the Shark Tank (October 28). They’re pitching Potato Parcel, a business that mails potatoes with messages written on them, or as they like to say, “the only edible postcard on the market.” (Edible after cooking, that is.) They’re looking for an investment of $50k for 10 percent equity.

After the pitch, Robert Herjavec says the pitch was “maybe too simple. Explain it again.” Potato Parcel offers four products:
- Potato Parcel (potato with written message): $10
- Potato Postcard (potato with photo of a landscape, more than one person): $13
- Potato Pal (potato with photo portrait): $15
- Burlap Sack (potato gift-wrap): $5
Note: There is a 130 character limit on all potatoes. Shark Tank airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC. You can order your Potato Parcel here.
