In the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles episode ‘Bye, Felicia,’ while Josh Flagg‘s teen client says he wants Josh Altman‘s huge listing, James Harris over-promises to a picky potential buyer in order to close a deal. James showed the buyer from Dallas a 4600 square-foot home which comes with $400k worth of custom furnishings. The potential buyer loved everything about the chic 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house, “The view is exquisite,” he said. But the one thing he didn’t like was the lack of closet space so he walked out.
James can’t believe the buyer would let a small thing like closet space get between him and the house he “so clearly loves.” Quick on his feet (literally), James comes up with an idea and runs after the potential buyer. James suggests that they tear the wall down in the extra guest room and make an amazing walk-in closet. James then says: “We’ll get our client to do it for you.” Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles airs Thursdays at 9pm on Bravo.
