The TV movie Perfect Sisters is based on a true crime story. Based on the book The Class Project: How to Kill a Mother: The Story of Canada’s Infamous Bathtub Girls written by Bob Mitchell, two teenage girls plot to kill their alcoholic mother Linda (Mira Sorvino) who continues to date abusive men. The blonde sister, Sandra Anderson, is portrayed by Abigail Breslin.
The dark-haired sister, Beth Anderson, is portrayed by Georgie Henley. The 21-year-old actress was born in Yorkshire, England. She’s known for her role as Lucy Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia films. In the Fall of 2013, she started attending Cambridge University. Perfect Sisters will air on Saturday, August 13 at 8pm on Lifetime.
