In the Braxton Family Values episode “Not Famous Enough,” while Traci worries about her surgery, Trina has her sisters Toni and Tamar over to BarChix. She wants them to taste the cocktails that have been named after them – the Tonitini (which was inspired by Vegas Tonitini) and the Tamartian (which was inspired by Tamar “being a monster”). Trina knows her sisters are “super picky” so she was prepared to be “okay with whatever they say and not freak out.”
Toni says the Tonitini is yummy. Tamar tastes the Tamartian like it’s wine and then gurgles, which prompts Trina to say to Toni, “She [Tamar] always overplays doesn’t she.” After making a number of unpleasant noises, Tamar finally says with a shrug, “It’s alright.” Braxton Family Values airs Thursdays at 9pm on WE.
