In the Women in Prison: Extra Time episode “Preacher’s Daughter & the Soccer Mom,” Alicia Brown is the soccer mom. She was married, had a baby boy and two step-kids in South Bend, Indiana, when she became addicted to pain killers. Her addiction led her to prescription fraud. Brown claimed to be a nurse when she called in a prescription to a Kmart pharmacy for a large quantity of Xanax. When she arrived to pick up the prescription she was arrested. Brown is serving her 10-year sentence at the maximum security Indiana Women’s Prison.
