Who Is Damien Thorn on ‘Damien’?

The TV series Damien is based on the iconic horror film The Omen. In the film, Damien was a little boy who turned out to be the Antichrist, the son of the Devil. In the TV show, Damien Thorn is an adult. He’s a professional war photographer who suffers a traumatic event while on assignment which triggers the beast inside him to rise. (P.S. That 666 is still on his scalp!)

Adult Damien is portrayed by Bradley James. The 32-year-old English actor best known for his roles on iZombie (Lowell Tracey, Liv’s love interest), Homeland (Lt. J.G. Edgars), and Merlin (Arthur). James is currently filming Underworld 5 with Kate Beckinsale. Damien will premiere on A&E on March 7 at 10pm.
