Accomplished actress Jennifer Jason Leigh is known for her roles in several films including Fast Times at Ridgemont High (Stacy), Last Exit to Brooklyn (Tralala), Backdraft (Jennifer Vaitkus), Single White Female (crazy Hedra), The Hudsucker Proxy (Any Archer), Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle (Dorothy Parker), and Georgia (Sadie), among others. Now at the age of 54, for the first time in her career Leigh has been nominated for an Academy Award for her role as Daisy Domergue in Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight.
All nominees at the Oscars will receive a serious swag bag. This year the contents of the bag (valued at $200,000) will include Ultherapy, a skin tightening procedure performed with lasers. Without surgery it’s designed to lift “skin on the neck, on the eyebrow and under the chin as well as to improve lines and wrinkles on the décolletage.” It’s sure to be a popular item. But if Leigh decides to try Ultherapy, she’ll probably have to wait until she’s done filming LBJ. She’s playing first lady Lady Bird Johnson. The Oscars will be televised on February 28, 2016 at 7pm on ABC.
