If you’re wondering why former UFC champion Chuck Liddell is making a guest appearance on Jeff Dunham’s NBC TV special, Jeff Dunham: Unhinged in Hollywood, it’s not because Liddell’s crazy about ventriloquism. It’s because Liddell has a big movie project to promote.
Liddell landed a role in the new action war film War Pigs. It’s about a US Army infantry unit that goes behind WWII enemy lines to exterminate the Nazis…”at any cost.” The “War Pigs” are lead by Captain Hans Picault (Dolph Lundgren, aka Ivan Drago in Rocky). Liddell plays Sergeant McGreevy. And Mickey Rourke, an old friend of Lundgren’s, is Major A.J. Redding. So if you miss Liddell on Jeff Dunham: Unhinged in Hollywood (September 17, 8pm, NBC), you can see him at the movie theater the day after. War Pigs will be theaters on September 18.
