The fifth season of the dramatic series American Horror Story – American Horror Story: Hotel – is going to incorporate more haute couture than ever before. Lady Gaga stars as The Countess, owner of the Cortez Hotel where fashion-forward people including a Vogue editor (supermodel Naomi Campbell) will likely die. To celebrate the new season of fright and fashion, American retailer Hot Topic is launching an American Horror Story-themed clothing line.
Hot Topic, which caters to teens at shopping malls, promoted the line with a photo of a young woman wearing blood stained white satin gloves. The follow-up photo posted on Instagram features the sinister looking young woman wearing a “Coven Witch Coat” ($89.50). A Murder House Maid Dress ($79.50) and Asylum Doctor Dress ($79.50) are also included in the line. The AHS line will be sold exclusively at select Hot Topic stores and on the website beginning September 28.
