Spun Out is the reality show that follows the lives of elite spinning instructors. They work at Cycle House, an exclusive cycling studio in LA, where the instructors are virtual celebrities. The most dynamic instructors are Nichelle Hines, an intense, unapologetic instructor, and her brother Aaron Hines, Cycle House’s director of training. Aaron likes to flirt with the ladies at work. Nichelle doesn’t approve of mixing work with play.
Aaron Hines earned a football scholarship to UC Davis. After graduation, he started his career in healthcare working for Pfizer. But after taking his sister Nichelle’s spinning class, he knew he wanted to become an indoor cycling instructor too. Now he’s one of the most sought after instructors at Cycle House. All new potential teachers must pass Aaron’s rigorous three month class before becoming an instructor. E! describes Spun Out as “a perfect mix of sex appeal and pure ambition when egos collide and the competition between instructors, management and riders reach an explosive level.” Spun Out airs Tuesdays at 10pm on E!
