Ninja Minaj complained about her Anaconda video not being nominated for a MTV Video Music award and suggested there is racial bias against women of color in the music industry. Taylor Swift thought Minaj’s comment “pitted women against each other” to which Katy Perry said (we’re paraphrasing), “that’s ironic because Swift’s Bad Blood is all about the fight between Swift and Perry.”
Perry also pointed out that Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” video was not nominated. Rihanna hasn’t jumped in, yet. Her Rihanna’s last tweet included a photo of herself looking like a Barbie doll, promoting her brand new fragrance, RiRi.
