A new season of The Bachelorette premiered on Monday with two potential Bachelorettes — Britt Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe. They met 25 bachelors, and then the men got to vote on which woman stayed at the mansion. They chose Kaitlyn, the fun one.
After the first night, Britt Nilsson wrote on her People blog: “To be honest, the entire evening was mostly a fantastic blur.” But there was one guy who made a very clear impression. Shawn E. Yes, the hot-tub car guy. Britt said of Shawn’s grand entrance, “I am amazed that we are living in a time and place where someone not only thinks of but physically creates something that ridiculous, awesome and unnecessary.”
