On Dancing with the Stars, all of the celebrity contestants will dance to a song that represents the most memorable year of their lives. Former sitcom star Suzanne Somers is best known for playing the ditzy blonde, Chrissy Snow, on the late 70s show Three’s Company. So it’s no surprise and she and her partner Tony Dovolani will dance to the Three’s Company theme song by Dominik Hauser. “Come and knock on my door, take a step that is new…” is the opening lyrics.
Not only will Somers dance to the show’s theme song but the Three’s Company set has been remade for the performance. It’s a cute idea. Somers has been close to being eliminated so a jolt of nostaglia might help. To promote the show, Somers and Dovolani took a photo on the set’s sofa. For some reason, Somers is sitting with her legs wide open. Did Chrissy sit like that? Mr. Roper may have been right after all. Even so, Somers will need to take a few steps that are new to make it to the next round. Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
