Jackson Gordon is an an industrial design student and a superhero fan. Tough to make a cape that’ll fly you around like Superman’s–and that Spidey web-slinging apparatus presents some challenges. But Batman–there’s a hero who has always appealed to the everyman. It’s all brains and darkness and engineering that brings Batman to his exalted place in the superhero pantheon.
So Gordon made a Combat Batsuit using “impact absorbing foam, Kevlar, and 1/4″ Kydex plating.” He unleashed the video demonstrating the finished product this week. It’s pretty cool.
