When the wife of an up-and-coming congressman disappears, the BAU team on Criminal Minds investigates. It’s not an easy job. All of the congressman’s political enemies are possible suspects. And then there’s the congressman’s mother to consider. She’s portrayed by the lovely Oscar nominated actress Tess Harper (Tender Mercies, No Country For Old Men).
Congressman Ben Troy is portrayed by Chris McKenna. He’s best known for his roles as Nick Vera on State of Affairs, Det. Mark Harding on The Young and the Restless, and Patrick Westhill on 90210. For you die-hard soap opera fans, you might recognize him as Rev. Joseph Frances Buchanan on One Life to Live, back in the early 1990s. Criminal Minds airs Wednesdays at 9pm on CBS.
