On Law & Order: SVU, newcomer Detective Sonny Carisis (Peter Scanavino) has a lot of family issues to sort out. His pregnant sister Bella (Marin Ireland) is about to marry recovering alcoholic Tommy (Orange Is the New Black’s Michael Chernus). Sonny doesn’t approve, and then things get really sticky when Tommy tells Sonny that his female parole officer (Third Watch’s Molly Price) forced him to have sex with her.
