Singer David Crosby was driving his 2015 black Tesla through the California wine country when he hit a jogger. The jogger, 46-year-old named Jose Jimenez, was airlifted to a hospital in Santa Barbara but according to the California Highway Patrol, his injuries were not considered life threatening.
CHP investigators said Crosby was not impaired by alcohol or drugs, and offered “sun glare” as a possibility for Crosby not being able to see Jimenez on the road. Crosby lives nearby in the Santa Ynez Valley.
