The Bottle Breacher – a bottle opener made of 50 caliber ammunition – made the perfect pitch on Shark Tank in November. The entrepreneurs behind the product are a married couple, Eli and Jen, both ex-military. Eli served three tours in Iraq. The term ‘breacher’ is a real job for a Navy SEAL like Eli. “It’s the guy that goes in the door first, the guy that opens things, the dangerous position of breaching the enemy’s stronghold.”

Eli and Jen got investors Kevin O’Leary and Mark Cuban to invest in the business. While they continue to produce a variety of Bottle Breachers – engraving is a big part of the business – they’ve expanded the product line to include the Bottle Breacher Keychain. It’s fashioned after the 338 Lapua round. Laser engraved with an American Flag, the $8 keychain comes with an elegant, decorative box.
