CBS reported that homeowner Tony Hernandez was awoken by cries of help from the mother of his three children after she “became wedged inside the 12-by-12-inch chimney.” And unlike Santa, she didn’t even have any gifts.
Firefighters spent two hours freeing the woman, who was then taken to hospital. Hernandez was not impressed by his ex-girlfriend’s behavior, and in a brilliant bit of understatement, is quoted as saying “I don’t like the way she’s acting or what she’s doing. That’s not good for my kids.” At the very least, though, the children will always have a special memory. “Hey, remember that time Mom got stuck naked halfway down the chimney?”
