On February 21, 2001, 22-year-old Ashley Ellerin was murdered in her Hollywood home. She was in the shower, getting ready to go out with her boyfriend, That 70s Show actor, Ashton Kutcher. But when Ashton arrived to pick her up at 10:45pm, the house was dark. When he peeked into the living room window he saw what he thought was a red wine stain. It turns out that was Ashley’s blood.
Michael Gargiulo, who lived just 400 ft. away from Ellerin, is accused of killing Ellerin and two other women (in 1993 and 2005). Gargiulo, who maintains his innocence, is in custody in Los Angeles. Ashton Kutcher is expected to take the witness stand in the case. Gargiulo’s pre-trial date is March 20.
