Carolyn Morrison and her son Ryan were having Christmas breakfast at home when UPS rang the doorbell. The delivery man said there was a box outside and asked them to come outside. Outside was Carolyn’s husband, Corporal Matthew Morrison, who had been stationed in Qatar for the past five months. Boy, were they surprised!
With a leave that was granted for a couple of days, Morrison wanted to surprise his family on Christmas Day so he asked UPS if he could be a part of the company’s “Your Wishes Delivered” program. UPS is still granting wishes through December 31 and donating $1 to either the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Salvation Army or the Toys for Tots Literacy Program for every time the hashtag #WishesDelivered is used.
