Madonna is considered the queen of reinvention but even she may have never imagined her songs being reinterpreted to help kindergarten-age children learn the alphabet. But that’s what teachers Arturo Avina and Katey Bolanos, along with their classroom of child prodigies from the Olympic Primary Center in Los Angeles, have done setting the alphabet to an all-Madonna soundtrack.
Avina told Queerty they filmed 26 “mini-music videos set to 26 different Madonna songs.” Putting a smile on any cynic’s face, the children melt their way into your heart vogueing and dancing their way through the alphabet and the Madonna oeuvre. Strike a pose, kids!
