The former Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom is making it difficult for reality TV star Khloe Kardashian to “move on.” After four years of marriage, Kardashian filed for divorce but that was 10 months ago. According to People magazine, Odom won’t sign the divorce papers. He reportedly has not been seen or heard from in weeks. So what can Khloe do, legally? She can file a Request to Enter a Default. Once a default is entered, Lamar is “no longer able to file a response or otherwise participate in the case,” and Khloe may ask the court to enter a judgment in her favor.
On her show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe alleged that Lamar cheated on her. She knew he was cheating on her last year, even on her birthday. She lied about it because she was embarrassed and wanted to hid. “I gave up my Beyonce tickets to Kendall, that’s how badly I was hiding.”
