From Lil Kim’s upcoming Hardcore mixtape is the single Real Sick featuring Jadakiss. The track samples The Notorious B.I.G’s vocals from Diddy’s Victory. The opening lyrics are: “Lil’ Kim, the one they all love and hate / The Queen’s back bitches, regurgitate / I got these hos real sick like a stomach ache.” If you are in need of context: Lil’ Kim is referring to her maternity leave (she had a baby girl, Royal Reign, in June) and the hos are her rival rappers including Nicki Minaj (Anaconda).
Lil Kim released the single Real Sick on September 11 at 9:11pm EST in order to pay homage to the anniversary of 9/11.
