Rapper Lil Wayne filmed his latest video Krazy in a mental institution. Director Colin Tilley (he also directed Lil Wayne in his John and No Worries videoes) said he drew inspiration from the film One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. In the video Lil Wayne’s struggling to get out of a straitjacket, he’s strapped to an electric chair, and well, looks krazy with a capital K.
“[I’m trying to be the cool guy that hits the crazier side of the crazy house, but it kind of turned out that I was actually the craziest,” the Grammy winning rapper told MTV News. Krazy will be on Lil Wayne’s forthcoming and potentially last studio album, Tha Carter V.
