The weapon was a syringe filled with heroin.
Alix Tichelman allegedly injected heroin into the willing arm of Google executive Forrest Timothy Hayes last November while the two had a rendezvous on his 50-foot yacht, according to the Santa Cruz Sentinel. Evidence was provided by a surveillance camera on board, which captured Ms. Tichelman leaving the unconscious executive after gathering up her stuff. Hayes, a veteran of some of the most famous companies in Silicon Valley–including Apple–left behind a wife and five children.
Tichelman, 26, was arrested Friday in a sting operation that lured her to a hotel to have sex for $1,000. She is in the Santa Cruz County Jail on $1.5 million bail. Friends had set up a memorial website for Hayes, but today a visit to the Forrest Hayes Memorial site says that “The authors have deleted this site.”
