Country music star Miranda Lambert turned heads in a sheer off-white corset dress with a dramatic ruffle skirt when she attended the American Country Music (ACM) Awards ceremony. When she shared the photos below, of her getting ready for the big night, her fans went wild with praise. As one wrote: “You get prettier every day.”
That memorable dress was custom-made for Lambert by New York fashion designer and Project Runway winner Christian Siriano. More than one fan noted that while she sang her hit song, ‘Carousel,’ on stage at the ACMs, she “looked like an angel.”
Lambert is giving her fans more good news. With the backstage photo below, she just announced that her live version of ‘Carousel,’ which she performed at the ACMs, is available now on Amazon Music.
Fans are thanking her for the big news and for posting the video on YouTube, see below.
Lambert has said about the bittersweet song ‘Carousel’ (which she co-wrote with her frequent collaborators Luke Dick and Natalie Hemby): “It’s such a metaphor for what we do, you know, it’s the same. There’s a part of the circus that lives in us, because of what we chose to do when we bring the party to town. And then we pack it up and we take it to another town and it’s very sad.”
