Hollywood movie star Jennifer Connelly is known for her dramatic roles in movies including A Beautiful Mind with Russell Crowe (which earned her an Oscar), House of Sand and Fog with Ben Kingsley, Requiem for a Dream with Jared Leto, and more recently Top Gun: Maverick with Tom Cruise, among others.
When not on a movie set, Connelly spends time with her real life leading man, fellow actor Paul Bettany, who’s known for his role as Vision in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (WandaVision, Avengers, Captain America, et al.).
The power couple, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary this year, live in Brooklyn, New York, with their two children.
As seen above, Connelly is a passionate fan of the local NBA team, the Brooklyn Nets. When Bettany saw the photo — of Connelly cheering for her home team on the Jumbotron — he replied: “my god you were invested.”
Fans of both actors are going wild for the family outing, the photo, the passion, and Bettany’s reaction. As one fan replied: “Love this! And the look on Paul’s face is also priceless.”
Get ready to see more of Connelly: She will appear next in the upcoming AppleTV+ sci-fi series Dark Matter with Joel Edgerton, who plays a physicist in Chicago who “is warped into an alternate version of his life, leaving him to fight to return to his life to prevent the alternate version of himself from harming his family.” Connelly plays his wife.
And Bettany is currently filming the upcoming Robert Zemeckis film Here with Forrest Gump with co-stars Tom Hanks and Robin Wright.
