On Season 14 of Shark Tank, an entrepreneur from Los Angeles, CA, Melanie Masarin, pitches her natural nonalcoholic beverage, Ghia.
Masarin launched Ghia in June 2022. Since then, the company launched its Ginger Spritz, won five awards, grew the team to “7 full-time humans, and convinced over 100 restaurants in America to create non-alcoholic sections on their menu and serve Ghia,” among other accomplishments.

Ghia is getting 5-star reviews including one titled: “Took some time but now we’re best friends.” The customer admits: “The first time I tried I didn’t know what to think… I didn’t like it.” But the customer tried a different Ghia combination (with seltzer) and “it grew on me over time and now I just love it.”
Earlier this year, Ghia made Fast Company history by being named one of Fast Company‘s 2022 World’s Most Innovative Companies list in the Consumer Category – the first non-alcoholic spirit “to lead with flavor over function.”
