On the Season 2 premiere episode of Abbott Elementary, ‘Development Day,’ the teachers return to Willard R. Abbott Public School to prepare for the upcoming year before the students’ first day of school.
While teacher Janine (Quinta Brunson) tries to leave her post-breakup problems at home, principal Ava (Janelle James) “runs a side hustle out of the school parking lot.”
As seen in the photos above and below, the side hustle involves NFL Philadelphia Eagles merchandise.
Abbott Elementary airs Wednesdays at 9 pm on ABC, right after The Goldbergs at 8:30 pm and right before Home Economics at 9:30 pm.
