The superhero movie Captain Marvel is the highest domestic grossing movie directed by a woman (it’s directed by Anna Boden and her husband Ryan Fleck). Reaching $413.6 million domestically, it surpassed the previous record-holder, Patty Jenkin‘s Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot in 2017.
The star of Captain Marvel, Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson (Room) took a break from promoting her film to help promote Melinda Lee Holm‘s new product line, MLH Sigil. (Pretty good deal for Holm considering Time just named Larson one of the 100 most influential people in the world.) At the red carpet event for MLH Sigil, Larson wore a stunning cream colored suit with the blazer open revealing a black bra. See below.

Larson’s sister Melinda Lee Holm is a tarot card reader, certified Reiki Master, and jewelry designer as well as a fragrance entrepreneur. She creates custom jewelry with “precious metals and stones chosen specifically for the client through an in-depth Tarot reading” which she calls Prescription Adornments.
MLH Sigil is Holm’s line of fragrance oils and room sprays that use three key ingredients: Frankincense to open you “to receive the teachings of the Divine Universe”; Ginger which “activates Elemental Fire to promote positive action and sharpen intuition”; and Palo Santo which “purifies the energetic sphere for an uplifting experience.”
With a photo of the two together at the launch party, Larson (with a cute short hair cut!) congratulated her “sister” for her latest venture: “love watching you grow and I love supporting all the magic you bring into the world.” She added, “Check out her stuff – it’s the best ever.”
